‘Desperate Housewives’ Review: Give Me the Blame / Finishing the Hat

Since the show premiered in 2004, Desperate Housewives has become a hit in both the US and abroad, winning many awards. After various births, deaths, marriages and breakups, we took one last trip down Wisteria Lane, in the two-hour finale. The episodes had all the kind of elements that has been shown during the show’s eight seasons.

‘Desperate Housewives’ Review: You Take for Granted

Who saw that coming? Well you might of if you saw the spoiler that came from the Nicolette Sheridan trial this week. Two things we knew going into season eight was that it would be the last and someone on the lane would die.

Other than the four women, Mike Delfino (James Denton) was the perfect candidate for picking a character whose death would have a huge impact on the rest of the residents. Susan (Teri Hatcher) sums it up pretty well when she talks about how protective Mike is of others. Now his protection of Ben (Charles Mesure) and Renee (Vanessa Williams) has ended up with Donny (Sal Landi) shooting Mike on his doorstep. Now the question is will Donny leave it at this or has he only just started. What will be interesting to see is how Susan reacts to Ben and what his actions will be in regards to Donny.
